The Best Granola in the World

I. Love. Granola. I love my granola crunchy, sweet, a little tart, and packed with super foods. As of recently, I also love it homemade. Homemade granola goes so far and beyond the store-bought varieties, and you’d be surprised at how simple it is to make.
Making granola is even technically baking, as you put it in the oven, and I manage to make it work; so that tells you how easy it really is!
The seeds, nuts and fruit that you use to make your granola are interchangeable, so play around with what you have and find something that makes your mouth water; it won’t be hard!
I do highly recommend the chia seeds, however. Crazy fact about chia seeds: After consumption, they turn into a gel which aids digestion and keeps you hydrated. They are also packed with protein, calcium, and omega 3′s! Awesome!
